I presume that includes insert cursors. You should be able to do this through a C wrapper in 4GL as well. In other tools it may not be possible. Vers 7.22 has an sqlhosts optional parameter to set the size of the network communications buffer which will affect performance of this increased data buffer. Check the docs. Art S. Kagel
