Determining LOCK MODE in OnLine

Hi, I am trying to determine the LOCK MODE in a particular database OnLine 4.1. I can determine the granularity from systables but don't know how to determine if the DB has lock mode set to WAIT and if it has, then how long is the WAIT set for. Does anyone know of a definitive method of determining this information ?
