Visual Foxpro 3.0

Two questions: 1) Is anyone using the new Visual Foxpro 3.0, and if so, what is your impression of it? 2) Does anyone know of a Foxpro-oriented mailing list, similar to informix-list, so that I may direct questions of this nature somewhere more appropriate?
