Upgrade Question
Hardware: RS6000
Operating system: A.I.X 4.3.3 (32bit) will be going to A.I.X. 5 before the
end of the
year.
Environment: OLTP
Backup: crontab w/ ontape
I am currently running version 7.31 UC7 and was schedule to do an upgrade
to 7.31 UD5 about 6 months ago. Needless to say I just returned from
Short-term
disability and am wonder if I should upgrade to 7.31 UD5 or a different
version
of 7.
Management doesn't want to go to 9. yet....
What's your opinion?
