Informix-Online v5.05 on SCO 3.2.4.2 - "Out of core"?

Dear All, I'm having immense fun with a Compaq proliant running SCO. The machine has been configured with 4 CPUs, .5GB RAM and enough disk to choke the proverbial horse. We have jiggled the kernel params, but every time we want to fire up Online with more than 16MB, it says "Cannot attach to shared memory - not enough core". Basically, our tuning has involved moving all SEM* & SHM* params to the max allowed in mtune. Any thoughts? Cheers, Billy Wheeler
