Anyone having trouble with terminfo besides me?

I'm on a Starserver E running SYSV R4.0 V3.0 and Informix 4GL 4.0.UE2. I'm having trouble with the graphics feature. 1) My upper and lower right hand corners are reversed. 2) My smacs entry reads like this: smacs=\\E$, The problem is that the $ is confusing the 4GL app. A X millisecond pause is represented by $<X>. The app. seems to be seeing the $ as the beginning of a pause rather than just a $. The result is that whatever comes next in the terminfo file gets piggy-backed onto the smacs string. The next entry is smso, so whenever I go into graphics I'm also in reverse and I don't go out until a reversed string is finished being displayed. This is a problem. Has anyone else run into any other pot-holes in the term drivers for 4GL that I ought to know about? -- -john (john%elsouth@concert.net)
