Access database : Locale problem !!!

Hi, I am working with 2 database server: Informix OnLine Workgroup server 7.22 on a NT Server. IDS Workgroup Edition 7.32 on a AIX 4.3 Server. I used dbaccess from the Unix server to create a new database on the NT Server. But when I try to access this database with any tools (dbaccess, SQL Editor, Database Explorer, ...) from any computer, I get the message SQL Error (-23101) : Unable to load locale categories.
