I always do a level 0 with the device set to /dev/null to activate the logs. The archive can occur at any time, but the logs don't become available until it is done. : -- : Keith Davies : Internet: keith@keithd.demon.co.uk : Tel.: +44 582 833651 -- =========================================================================== jlumbley@netcom.com (Joe Lumbley) Watch for my _INFORMIX DBA SURVIVAL GUIDE_ in Sept '94 from Prentice Hall!
