Hi, I am a developer at InfoModelers, Inc which produces a data modeling tool, called InfoModeler. InfoModeler supports IDEF1X and a more powerful Object Role Modeling method. In fact, a version of InfoModeler is bundled with IUS server. InfoModeler runs on Win95 and up and WinNT 3.5 and up. There are various versions of InfoModeler to suit your budget.
