line number of exception in stored procedure

Is there anyway to determine the line number where a stored procedure encounters an exception? Occasionally I run into an issue where a Decimal variable is not large enough to contain the data it receives and a SQL error is returned from the procedure. I would like to collect the error in an ON EXCEPTION block and return the line number where the error occurred along with the error.
