Hi Mr. Karel, You can try the following: 1. If it is part of create table syntax: CREATE TABLE < table_name > ( ....................... .................... ) LOCK MODE ROW; 2. If it is in ALTER TABLE syntax: ALTER TABLE < table_name > LOCK MODE (ROW); You can refer Informix SQL manuals or even you can find this stuff in online help. Hope it helps.
