7.23 UC4 vs. 7.30 UC3

We've been experiencing known bugs84642 (Listener thread crashes if server out of memory) and 90906 (Crash/mem assertion possible when interrupting a client in the process of connecting), these with OnLine 7.23 UC4. We were told to upgrade either to 7.24 or 7.30. Here's my question. If anyone has has experience with either 7.24 , especially, 7.30, have you experienced any problems, in particular new bugs, and in general what's your experience been. We don't want to jump from the frying pan into the fire with this.
