IBM people ... paranoid or neurotic ... incapable of understanding that someone might actually work with products from more than a single vendor. Translation into simple words: I am not an Oracle person. I don't work for Oracle, I've never worked for Oracle. I own no stock in Oracle and I work with multiple databases. The fact that there are no DB2 or Informix classes at the University of Washington is not my problem but rather is a reflection of lack of demand. Should I apologize for the lack of interest in your favorite product?
