The NT products now use the NT registry to hold data which used to live in $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sqlhosts. The setnet utility supposedly saves properly into the registry, but I've found it a bit flakey. Use regedt32 to enter the proper HOST, PROTOCOL, and SERVICE entries into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE:SOFTWARE: INFORMIX:SQLHOSTS:targetservername register. It's really not too bad once you've got it figured out.
