Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

We have a table that has billions and billions (almost) rows in it.
Users can query this raw data to do their own reporting criteria.
Purely for reporting, these queries build temporary tables for order
by's and writing to these fills up the logs so the transaction ends up
abending. Is there any way to turn logging off on these temporary
tables that Informix allocates internally?
We are on 5.03 right now, moving to 5.06. Ray
