You guys might be able to help me faster than Google. I find a lot of general descriptions and links (basically giving you the man page information), but I need more detail. lsuser Command Flags -a List Lists the attributes to display. The List variable can include any attribute defined in the chuser command and requires a blank space between attributes. If you specify an empty list, only the user names are displayed. lsuser gives you quite a long *LIST* of attributes. I am looking for a page that explains the *LIST* of attributes to me. For example: which attribute show me that the user's password has expired ? This is just 1 example. Does anyone have a link of explanation for me about the attributes, and what they mean ? Dirk PS. OB, please don't say I'm lazy again. NOTE: This e-mail message is subject to the MTN Group disclaimer see http://www.mtn.co.za/SUPPORT/LEGAL/Pages/EmailDisclaimer.aspx
The definitions of the files which store the attributes may be useful. http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/aix/v6r1/topic/com.ibm.aix.files/doc/ai xfiles/passwd.htm#x9a1f0frit and http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/aix/v6r1/topic/com.ibm.aix.files/doc/ai xfiles/user.htm#mnm220frit HTH, -D On Aug 16, 2011, at 6:14 AM, Dirk Cornel.... wrote: > You guys might be able to help me faster than Google.
