NewEra 3 Memory leak?

Has anyone experienced a memory leak in a NE3 app? We don't use the AFCL. We run on Win 95 I find that upon opening & closing a window repetitively with alot of objects on it (eg a grid form with 30 columns) the resources available (in control panel - system - performance tab) slowly leaks away until the font gets large & the program crashes. It seems that the destructor function is not called. The window is opened from the activate handler of a button - and the reference is also local to that handler.... Anyone?
