Chunks becomes offline

Hi All, We are using HP-UNIX 10.01 and informix online version 7.13. If few of the chunks becomes offline due to which informix engines goes to offline mode. Can anyone advice us what we should in that situation an how to start the informix engine again? Regards DJ

Contact Advanced DataTools Corp., we may be able to help, however, I would be concerned about damage to the data caused by the crash. Do you have archives you could restore? That is the simplest fix.
