I wonder how can me examine logical log and physical log.
During ontape -a i saw one log with 10000(2k) pages filled in
100% and second started. Just wondering what would have happened
to fill in the log 100% all of sudden as I don't have much trans that will
fill the log even 30% a day.

Check out the manual for the onlog utility. Be aware that you should
NOT run onlog against the current log as it locks the log halting all
update processing.
