What effects the size of dictpool for OnLine 7.14.UD1

On an HP-UX server, a OnLine 7.14.UD1 read-only server has dictpool growing at the rate of about 20MB per hour. Main set of applications on box are I4GL based. We have not tracked down which process/program that is responsible for the growth (if any one program). Does anyone have any information, suggestions, or input as to what effects the size of dictpool?
