I have Installed 9.4 (the one from IIUG) on Debian Woody 3.0 with libc 2.2.5-11.5 and kernel 2.4.18-bf2.4 #1 . I had to patch libpthread.so.0 (which I got from IBM ) the glibc and then could bring the DB Server Online.
