HPL "no-conversion" across different bin platforms

HPL "no-conversion" across different platforms, little-endian{Tru64} to big-endian{AIX} Can someone please help. I cannot find any documentation that this is officially supported or not. We are migrating Informix IDS 10.0FC8 Tru64(little-endian) to IDS 10.0FC8 AIX (big-endian). HPL no-conversion jobs, internal Informix format across different binary platforms. I would have thought do to little-endian/big-endian, that this would not be supported, unless HPL converts everything to one format before unload/load. Obviously conversion jobs to pipe delimited asci files are fine Thanks H Visagie
