Re: Connection Manager and I4GL
Posted in 2009
Just for fun, a few months ago I tested I4GL + oncmsm on Linux and works fine! Here, I just install the last version of CSDK at different directory of I4GL and configure the CSDK directory first on the LD_LIBRARY_PATH enviroment... I really have no idea whether this is actually true or not, but I would guess that the latest version of I4GL would have similar connectivity compiled in as a fairly current version of the CSDK. You'd have to check that with Jonathan, though. Setting stuff up in a group and having the 4GL connect to the group, rather than the instance, should achieve what you want, though. -- Cheers, Obnoxio The Clown http://obotheclown.blogspot.com -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by OpenProtect(http://www.openprotect.com), and is believed to be clean. _______________________________________________ Informix-list mailing list Informix-list@iiug.org http://www.iiug.org/mailman/listinfo/informix-list ____________________________________________________________________________________ Veja quais são os assuntos do momento no Yahoo! +Buscados http://br.maisbuscados.yahoo.com
