Upgrade?

Aix 6.1 IDS 11.70.fc3 We just upgraded this system from 11.50.fc7w3 to 11.70.fc3. Since the upgrade we have seen a significant decrease in performance..also have noticed that our processor utilization has greatly increased. Has anyone else seen this?
