All the following assumes a logged database:
If the delete was performed in dbaccess in MENU mode (rather than from the
command line mode) then there was an explicit BEGIN WORK; issued by
dbaccess before running the SQL in the editor window, so it would have
rolled back completely.
If it was run in the command line mode then there was no BEGIN WORK; so it
would be an implicit single statement transaction and would automatically
commit when it completed. But if the user was able to kill the dbaccess
session before the delete completed then that would have rolled back as
well.
So, most likely all is well. If not then the entire table would have been
deleted and only rows added since the delete will be in there. So all good
or all gone.
