Before you get in panic mode and do anything rash, run a tbcheck -pe and look for the extents overlap and do the math and see if extents do really overlap. There some bugs with tbcheck -pe and -ce where it will report overlapping extents when they really aren't overlapping. But, if the extents do really overlap then about all you can do is to unload, drop, and rebuild the tables affected.
