Anyone seen infoperl?

Does anyone know where there is a copy of infoperl? That's perl with ESQL/C subroutines to provide access to isql from perl. Nobody on Perl-users seems to know, nor on the perldb-interest list. Archie can't find it, and I can't use gopher very easily from here.
