You do need specifically HTML output. Sqlcmd does a very good job of outputing in XML. You can use this with an xsl style sheet to give whatever graphics you want. Email direct if you want samples. All my samples do is create tables with cell colours dependant on values. It would probably be just as easy to have those values create tables columns or rows of a certain size to draw a graph.
