Bugs with redhat 8.0 & 9.40UC3

Hi All, I need help with Red Hat 8.0 and IDS 9.40UC3 Bug 163009 and bug 160774 I installed 9.40UC3 to fix a problem in UC2, now the problem is worse. Bringing up ADM VP... the last line in online.log when bringing DB up. Has any one encounterd this problem and your solution to correct this? Thanks Carl Berner
