SQLCA.SQLERRM in 4GL RDS and NewEra

Hello Informixers: I'm improving my error handler routine in both environment, 4GL and NewEra. In INFORMIX-4GL, I'm trying to use SQLCA.SQLERRM to determine wich Constraint has been violated. There's something that looks like a bug: using the same version 4.11.UC4 it doesn't work in RDS, but works fine in Compiled version. Anybody know something about this? In INFORMIX-NewEra, I'm using the generated code from Window Painter. It uses Implicit connection, which doesn't make SQLCA record available. Based on this, How can I get the constraint id after a constraint violation?
