Add crcols

Hello I have a table with many rows. I'm trying to put er on this server online, so as first step i,m adding crcols to my database tables. When i alter one of my tables with this query Alter table adatos add crcols Ids returns me long transaction abortes. Can someone help me to avoid this error and get add crcols to this huge table? Add huge quantities of logical log space. Addint CRCOLS, ERKEYS, or REPLCHECK columns to a table cannot be done in-place since these columns must be populated when they are added.
