And note that the paragraph you pointed was in a section dedicated to "Using select numbers"... Not that this excuses the fact that it's a mistake :) And don't bother with the doc-bug... It's idsdb00013610 and as we can see in the V11 docs, it's fixed. It also shows the fix in 10.00.UC5 documentation notes: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/idshelp/v10/topic/com.ibm.docnotes.doc/uc5/ids_sqls_docnotes_10.0.html#wq9 So, the support, R&D and documentation teams *are* paying attention...
