Hi !
Here is some steps to check,
Do you use snmp-master agent shipped by OS or Informix in unix ?
by Informix;
1) Set the environment variable SR_AGT_CONF_DIR to point to
$INFORMIXDIR/snmp/snmpr
2) Start master agent as a root
3) Check the permissions on the cdr-subagent and make sure it is
6755
with owner as root and group informix
4) start cdr-subagent as user informix. Check that DB_LOCALE and
CLIENT_LOCALE are the same as the database is created and
you want to create syscdr-database. (cdragt -v 2)
Check online.log-file. There are messages
We had some problem to initialize CDR via Repman, but now it works to
unix and nt databases.
I hope this helps
