How to use DBCENTURY

I'll like to use the environment variable with my 4gl programs. I had put in my user profile: DBCENTURY=F;export DBCENTURY Is it suppose to work or is there a setting somewhere that I should adjust? Environment: Informix SE 7.22 Informix 4GL 6.02 Platform AIX 4.1.2 Marc Beauvais
