I have a related question. We are running Online 7.22 on DEC Alpha UNIX. Our GUI is in Delphi. Some of our PCs can connect to the server with no problems others get a 956 error "user or host not trusted". I spoke with Informix support they informed me I would have to make an entry in the host.equiv file for the machine and the rhost file for that user. This presents more the usually problem of opening my system up. The problem is why can some machines connect and others cannot. They are all running Win95, on the same segment using the same logins.
