Re[2]: Job Postings

This whole "Job Postings" chain is getting out of hand. I wish Jason had never started it in the first place. If anything, it has only added to the number of job-related e-mails !! Now, not only do we have to waste our time looking at these messages ( and worrying about how it will affect this newsgroup ), we also have to constantly delete actual job offerings from recruiters. On an average, we get about 80 messages per day on this group. Think of the number that it will shoot up to with e-mail happy head hunters! I agree with David. OFF with the job postings and ON with comp.informix.jobs. Jason, since you volunteered to keep a tally of "yeas" and "nays", why don't you take on this job to set up a new usergroup. That way we are all happy and nobody gets hurt !! If you want to see job posting you can subscribe to it... That way I don't waste my time and money downloading things I don't want and if I do want them I know where they are.. -- David Williams
