The original sqlexecd forks but then due to some condition cannot exec the sqlturbo process, leaving a second sqlexecd process hanging out there. All you have to do to is kill the second sqlexecd ( the one whose parent process is the first sqlexecd ) and this will get everything working again. I just use a kill -9 and haven't had any problems.
