Nope, I talking with Informix Tech Support and was told to add
something like
SQLIDEBUG=2:<filename>
in my informix.ini file (when using INET)
you then send the file to a UNIX machine and run sqliprint to view
it. I don't have sqliprint so I suspect it is an Informix internal
tool.
Sorrry. I'd like more options to onstat :-
1. Abiltity to enable set explain on for a running session and log
to sqexplain.out in current directory.
2. Ability to see what prepared statements a session has and
how memory is allocated for them.
Something like mem /c under DOS but for a sesssion
3. Ability to see what temporary disk space a session has allocated
sort pools, temporary table extents, how index builds are
allocating disk space.
Can any of the elders gods help. I tried to join the IIUG Engines
mailing list but never received anything...
