My ul.ec program unloads a single table into a binary file and can
reload the table from the same file format. It currently handles all
data types except BLOBs which I am working on now. It would be trivial
to build a driver program (I use an awk script that reads
dbschema/myschema output) to run ul for every table even in parallel.
Ul.ec is part of my submission to the IIUG Software repository named
utils2_ak.
