Informix 4gl query

Hi, I have an Informix 4gl programs will following 2 lines : SET ISOLATION TO DIRTY READ SET LOCK MODE TO WAIT Can anybody throw light how database access in multiple user scenario will take place with above setting. Can "phantom" record problem occur? Regards, Suket
