Colleagues - When using Informix on AWS, is there an IBM license cost as well as the per-usage cost required for using AWS? Thanks! Mark Scranton mark@markscranton.com ------------------------------ Mark Scranton ------------------------------ #Informix

That depends Mark. If you are using an HCL Informix subscription on AWS, there is no other license cost, especially not to IBM. If you are using an IBM AWS instance then yes, you need the equivalent IBM Informix license for the server Edition and size of the instance. ------------------------------ Art Kagel ------------------------------
