I don't know about the rest of the people who use CDI, but my feeling is that this message was a blatant attempt to abuse CDI for commercial purposes. If that is an example of the techniques of marketing that would be espoused in the book then I strongly advise people not to buy it. A small independent consultant has no need of, and could harm themselves by using such techniques.
