2.10.03G to 4.0 SQL

We are on a Unisys 5000/80/90 platform and running 2.10.03G SQL with SE. We have received 4.0 upgrade, and in testing it appears that forms compiled uned 03G with required fields are no longer required. No instructions came with 4.0 saying we had to recompile, or anything else other than just install it. 1. What is required to go from 03G to 4.0 SQL? 2.
