Are you using any INPUT or DISPLAY statements to forms in the code? I've had trouble with a program that was using an input on several fields on one form, then opening a new form while still inside the input, then trying to reopen the old form and resume the input command. Looking at the error log this gave lots of 'field name not found' errors, and eventually a core dump.
