Script to shutdown ON-Line without user interventions

Hi all, I must write a script to shutdown the database server ON-Line without user interventions. This script will be ran when there is a big problem with the power. It must shutdown immediately the database server properly, if possible. I think use only the command : onmode -ky Like I don't know very well Informix (for the moment), I would like to know if must be careful to another things ? Thanks in advance for your help.
