[...] Even more likely, you broke the installation sequence rules and are now paying the consequences. You must install the software in the order TEN: Tools, Engines, Networks. If you don't follow this rule, then you get the Tools versions of some of the message files overwriting the Engines versions of those message files, wiping out the error messages added by the Engines since the Tools versions were created. If you extract the msg directory from the SE tape, you will probably find your system works again.
