I heard memory leak problem in AIX only occur in AIX 5.3.
AIX 5.2 does not occur memory leak.
AIX 5.3 APAR is IY87648,IY91677.
Check IBM site.
You can easy reproduce regarding memory leak.
Client program is looping connect /disconnect (modify demo1.ec)
MSC process will grow up SZ field of ps efl.
MSC process id can find onstat -g glo (See class msc).
