Kidder, Peabody Information Technology Survey We're back to take another survey. The following survey is being conducted by Kidder, Peabody & Co. Kidder, Peabody & Co. was founded in 1865. We are a global investment banking firm headquartered in New York City, and a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric. Our Equity Research Department currently has 50 analysts following various industries. Kidder's Technology Group currently has five analysts covering Small Computer Systems, Enterprise Systems, Enterprise Software, Packaged PC Applications, Semiconductors, Internetworking, Storage Devices and Semiconductor Capital Equipment. Users' opinions regarding the products, companies, and industries we track are critical to assessing the future fortunes or misfortunes of technology companies and particular industry trends. Individual responses are kept strictly confidential. If you would like a copy of the results of this survey, include your address below. Although we take paper surveys regularly, last summer we tried an Internet version for the first time. Thanks to your overwhelming response, it was a resounding success. We wanted to give everyone a rest and follow-up with an even more extensive survey. Because of its length, we wanted to give away more attractive prizes. If we receive at least 300 responses, we will award three prizes. First prize will be an Apple MessagePad. Second prize is an HP Palmtop. Third prize is a copy of Microsoft Office 4.0. We will award prizes to survey respondents selected by random drawing. If any of this violates any rules of the network (and we couldn't find any rule that prohibited this survey), please forgive the intrusion. Otherwise take a stab at the survey that follows and have a shot at one of the prizes. To be eligible for the drawing, your completed questionnaire must be received by November 22nd. If you prefer, completed surveys can be faxed to (212)-510-3084. Only one survey per individual please. Please keep in mind that we are interested in end user responses only.
