Run onstat -u and check if the number of reads/write for that
user/process is increasing. If it goes up by a few thousand per
second then an index is missing somewhere. Find out which
.4gi is being run and add SET EXPLAIN ON to it. Then recompile
and check the sqexplain.out file which gets produces in the
current directory of the .4gi process.
