Well, since I work with Informix on several Unix boxes, Informix is *stable* on all of them. Except that you are on an unstable OS for HP. You should upgrade that version of HP ASAP! Go to atleast 10.21 or later version. While sun has a really nice line of machines, their administration tools leave something to be desired.
